Improve your Intuition with this exercise

Improve your Intuition with this exercise

So, Now I want to teach you the Intuition Exercise which is effective if it is done properly,

    Intution Excercise............

    1) Find a comfortable place, in which you will not be disturbed. Preferably sitting in a chair in an upright position. Relax your body.

    2) Next, I want you to think of something you have been struggling with making a decision on.

Something in which you are just unsure about what to do. It could be something like:

Should I switch jobs? Should I move? Should I stay in this relationship? Should I buy a new car? Should I go back to work? Should I put my child in daycare?

You get the idea. Think of a question, and for the sake of this exercise I’m going to use the question, “should I move.” (I get that question a lot.) Usually I’ll walk my clients through this exercise before I give them my psychic opinion. Why? Because I want my clients to learn how helpful and reliable their own intuition is. To my client’s surprise, their own intuition and my answer matches 99.99% of the time. When it is off just by a tiny bit, it’s usually because the client immediately tries to justify their intuition with their mind and its logic right away … explaining away their own intuition.

    3) You’re going to imagine two different scenarios.

One scenario in which you make a choice one way, and a second scenario in which you do the complete opposite. Since we are going to use the “should I move” issue as an example, in one scenario I will walk you through moving and the other scenario will be to stay where you are.

    4) Next, I want you to close your eyes.

You cannot do this exercise with your eyes open. This is because when you have your eyes closed, your mind is forced to pay attention to how the body feels, and it begins to tune itself in naturally, harmonizing the physical body, the spiritual body, and your intuition. (Your eyes do not always have to be closed for your intuition to kick in, but when you’re focusing on getting clarity on a particular issue, it’s important that they are.)

    5) Imagine the first scenario.

With your eyes closed, imagine that it’s now six months later. Imagine you have stayed exactly where you are. You have not moved, nothing much has changed. Imagine that you’re in the same routine day after day, probably working in the same job. How does that feel in the body? Really take notice. Does it feel good, bad, or indifferent? Don’t try to analyze it, just notice the feeling.

    6) Imagine the second scenario.

Imagine that it’s six months later, you have moved and are in a new place. Imagine you are now in a new job. You’ve been working that job for a while, so you’re now in a routine there. Imagine you have met new people and you don’t see other people as much anymore. How does it feel to you? How does it feel in the body?

    7) You will have a clear feeling of one feeling noticeably better than the other.

Think back to both scenarios; one always feels better than the other. It may not be by a landslide, although it’s usually a significantly better feeling one way versus the other. However, don’t discount it if one way only subtly feels better. That will be the way in which your intuition is trying to guide you.

    8) Open your eyes.

You should have a sense of clarity at this point.

This exercise can be used with anything and it should be. It will help you tune your body with your own intuition and guidance system. You can do it with almost anything, staying in a relationship or not, going back to school or not, buying those new tires you need or not.
